Darshan Girish Nalkande is an Indian cricketer, is a medium pacer who made his first-class debut for Vidarbha in the 2018-19 season. He has played for Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League and also represents the Vidarbha state team in the domestic tournaments and also plays for India Under-19 team.

Darshan was born on 4th October 1998 in the Wardha district of Maharashtra. He grew up playing cricket with full passion and started taking professional coaching in a residency academy in Nagpur when he was 13 years old. He is now a professional cricketer and known for his bowling.

Darshan started his career as a bowler has also contributed well from both ball and bat for his teams. He made his first-class debut in November 2018 when he played against Maharashtra, representing Vidarbha in the 2018-19 season of the Ranji Trophy. Before that, he had already made his List A debut for the same team, playing his first match against Maharashtra on October 2, 2018. In that match, he impressed everyone with an all-round performance. With the ball, he took 2-26 and with the bat he scored 52* runs off 30 balls. Besides, Darshan has also performed well in Under-23 CK Nayudu Trophy which earned him a state team call-up for the Vijay Hazare trophy. He was also picked in the India U-19 team for the youth Asia cup back in 2017 as he scored 38 runs and picked up three wickets in the two games that he played.
In the same year, he was roped in by the Kings XI Punjab in the IPL auction for the 2019 season. The next year saw him making his T20 debut for Vidarbha, playing against Himachal Pradesh. He is yet to play for Kings XI Punjab in the IPL.
