“You stole my husband!” Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh said to this Indian cricketer!

On Sunday, April 30, India’s skipper Rohit Sharma will turn one and mark his 36th birthday. Rohit’s name is one of the top trends on Twitter, and social media is swamped with well wishes for him. The India great is receiving birthday wishes from his current and former colleagues.

A close friend of Rohit’s, Yuzvendra Chahal, posted a humorous captain on Instagram to wish him well. Ritika, Rohit’s wife, was also mentioned in the leg-spinner’s message.

“Happy Birthday to my favourite best brother in the whole world @ImRo45 happiest birthday To my guiding light , my best friend, the person who makes me laugh more than anyone else in the world Happy Birthday Rohitaaaaaa shramaaaa CC:- Ritika bhabhi,” Chahal captioned his post.

Ritika noticed Chahal’s post right away and playfully accused him of ripping off both her caption and her spouse. From 2011 through 2013, Chahal was a teammate of Rohit in the IPL. It’s interesting that his IPL debut occurred in Rohit’s first match as Mumbai Indians’ (MI) captain. For the five-time IPL Champions, the leggie only participated in one IPL game.

He joined Team India in 2016 and participated in his debut match with Rohit in 2017. Since that time, Chahal has kept his spot on Team India and is now playing for Rohit. He has not yet participated in a Test match of cricket.

Regarding the current IPL season, Rohit is the captain of MI, and Chahal is playing for the Rajasthan Royals. On his birthday, Chahal will face Rohit because both teams are slated to play in Super Sunday’s second game. In the history of the IPL, it will be the 1000th game.

Rohit has participated in every IPL season to date. He spent his first three seasons of his career playing with the Deccan Chargers. He shifted to Michigan in 2011. Prior to moving to Royal Challengers Bangalore from 2014 to 2021, Chahal began his career with MI.
