Watch: Rishabh Pant Interacting With U-16 Cricketers At National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru

Rishabh Pant, who is still healing from the injuries he received in a car accident in December of last year, interacted with Under-16 cricketers at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. The Indian wicketkeeper-batter is receiving therapy at the NCA, and he regularly updates his supporters on his health and recuperation through posts on social media.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) provided some glimpses of the meeting and even complimented Pant for inspiring the aspiring players.

The BCCI posted several pictures and a caption on its Twitter account, saying, “The lads who are part of the Under-16 high performance programme at NCA Bangalore got the opportunity to meet Rishabh Pant on cricket, life, hard work, and much, much more. Rishabh Pant’s willingness to make time for socialising with these little guys was really kind.

The 25-year-old cricketer recently posted a video to Instagram showing him walking without the use of crutches. He was observed putting down his crutches and walking effortlessly.

With the help of his trainer, Pant was shown in the video first attempting to walk on crutches before tossing them to the amazement of viewers.

Pant attended the IPL 2023 game between the Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans earlier this month at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. He was spotted driving into the location and then making a cautious approach to the stand. Later, he was captured on camera watching the match from the stands.
