Former Indian World cup winning Batsman Sunil Gavaskar is known for his flamboyant attitude and just like all of us, he also had something to say about the Kohli-Gambhir feud. After the BCCI slapped a fine of 100% of their match fees, Sunny G said that it was a decision which went very soft on both of the individuals who come from New Delhi.
And for a fact, deducting a few lakhs or the entire match fees will not negatively affect any of them and maybe it is the reason why Sunil Gavaskar is pissed off. The heated altercation which took place at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow initially popped off in the 17th over of 2nd innings between Virat Kohli and Naveen Ul-Haq.

Then after RCB defended a low total of 127 by registering an 18-run victory to level the equation between them this season. While Kohli and Gambhir were fined 100% of match fees, Afghani pacer Naveen Ul-Haq was sanctioned 50% of his fee.
During a post match show, Sunil Gavaskar stated that players should receive harsh punishments for breaching the Code of conduct and asked for game suspensions on Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli.
