PSL 2023 Women’s League: All you need to know about the exhibition tournament in detail

Franchise cricket has become increasingly popular in recent years, particularly in the T20 format. This format of cricket has been designed to be fast-paced and exciting, making it appealing to younger audiences and fans who may not have traditionally followed the sport.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is arguably the most popular and richest franchise cricket league in the world. Since its inception in 2008, it has grown in popularity and has attracted some of the world’s best players, coaches, and commentators. Now not just mens, Women’s cricket has gained popularity around the world.

Pakistan cricket board has arranged a three match exhibition Women’s league in Pakistan. In these matches, overseas player will also take part with the Pakistani playere. The two teams are Amazons and Super Women captained by Bismah maroof and Nida dar each. The first match will be played on the occassion of Women’s day. Second match will be played for the awareness against breast cancer. The final game signify power of woman through education. These steps will help grow the cricket fraternity in future.

The list of overseas players looks like this- Danni Wyatt (England), Laura Delany (England), Lauren Winfield-Hill (England),Tess flintoff, Maia Boucher (England), Laura Wolvaardt (South Africa), Lea Tahuhu (New Zealand), Chamari Athapathu (Sri Lanka) and Jahanara Alam (Bangladesh), Tammy beaumont (England).
