Phil Simmons is a cricket player, who plays for the West Indies National Cricket Team. He has been a part of the team since 1988 and has had a successful stint with the side. Phil Simmons was born on April 18, 1963, in Arima, Trinidad. Phil Simmons made his West Indies National Cricket Team debut on 1988 in ODI/T20/Test format.
