Peter Moor, a former Zimbabwean cricketer who currently represents Ireland, was born on February 2, of the year 1991. Peter Joseph Moor is a wicket-keeper batsman for Zimbabwe’s cricket team and a former vice-captain. Moor, who has an Irish passport, has been playing cricket in Ireland since 2021 in an effort to get selected for the Ireland cricket team.

During the 2013-14 season, Moor gained popularity with the Mid West Rhinos, where he became one of the top ten runscorers. Joseph Moor joined the Zimbabwean squad in 2014 and joined the Marylebone Cricket Club in 2017. Moor played domestic cricket for Munster Reds in 2021, replacing injured Tyrone Kane. At the 2010 Under-19 Cricket World Cup as well as the 2008 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, Peter Joseph Moor played for Zimbabwe.
On November 26, of the year 2014, Peter Joseph Moor played his first One Day International (ODI) for Zimbabwe against Bangladesh. Ireland career
Peter Joseph Moor moved to Dublin in the month of October of the year 2019 in search of better cricket career opportunities, and he joined the Clontarf Cricket Club.
In October 2022, Moor will be eligible to play for Ireland. Moor was included in the Irish Test teams for their February 2023 trip of Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. After playing in 8 Tests for Zimbabwe, Peter Joseph Moor made his Test debut for Ireland against Bangladesh on April 4, 2023, becoming the 17th cricketer to play in Test matches for two different international nations.
Peter Joseph Moor made his international cricket comeback in April 2023, some four years after his last appearance, during the lone test of Ireland’s part of the Bangladesh tour. While John Traicos and Gary Ballance did the opposite, having previously played for South Africa and England, respectively, before returning to play for Zimbabwe in international competition, Peter Joseph Moor was the first Test cricketer to transfer away from Zimbabwe and play for another nation.
