Nadal, Federer and Djokovic will be competing in the same half of the upcoming French Open

Three legendary Tennis players including the likes of World Number 1 Novac Djokovic, 20 times Grand Slam Champion Roger Federer, and 13 times French Open title winner Rafael Nadal will be competing in the same half of the upcoming French Open.

The three most successful men’s players in the history of tennis have won 17 out of the last 20 titles that they have taken part among them and with the way fixtures are prepared Djokovic and Federer are on a quarterfinal collision course.

Defending champion Rafael Nadal will start his French Open Campaign against Australian Alexei Popyrin. In the other half of the draw, two-time runner-up Dominic Thiem if everything goes right will be competing against German sixth seed Alexander Zverev.

In the women’s leg, defending champion Iga Swiatek will start her campaign against Kaja Juvan however Swiatek could face last year’s runner-up Kenin in the fourth round of the upcoming marquee event.

Naomi Osaka who missed last year’s French Open will start this year’s event against Maria Patricia Tig and the former added that throughout the tournament she will not be taking to the media for mental health reasons and wants to focus on his matches only.

She could take on American Serena Williams in the semi-finals with the seventh seed bidding for a record-equalling 24th Grand Slam singles title.
