#5 Jacques Kallis (62 Centuries)

He would give his full quota of overs to the team and bats at the top of the order. Kallis had the game to play aggressively and was equally adept to play Test Cricket as well.

In his international cricket career, Sangakkara has scored a lot of big knocks and has notched the fourth most number of centuries in international cricket. 

In 594 matches, Kumar Sangakkara has 63 half-centuries to his name. He has scored 28016 runs with the bat at an average 46.77.

At 32, Virat Kohli has made numerous records in international cricket and is touted to be the one who could break Sachin Tendulkar’s record for most runs in international cricket. 

Currently, Virat Kohli has hit the third most number of centuries in international cricket. In 416 games, he has scored 21,901 runs, including as many as 70 centuries. With the age of his side, Virat Kohli could break Sachin Tendulkar’s record of most number of centuries in international cricket.

Hailed as the greatest captain of all-time, Ricky Ponting has the second most number of centuries in international cricket. In his illustrious career, Ponting has notched 71 centuries and scored 27,483 runs in 560 matches at an average of 45.95.

Ponting has a spectacular record as captain with a winning percentage of more than 65 percentage- most by any captain in cricketing history. He led Australia to world cup titles in 2003 and 2007 and was also a part of Australia’s 1997 World Cup-winning side.

Sachin Tendulkar holds many a record to his name in international cricket. He has as many as 100 centuries to his name in international cricket.

He has played 664 international games which are also the most by any player in international cricket. Besides, no other player has scored more international runs than the master blaster. Sachin Tendulkar has scored 34,357 runs in international cricket at an average of 48.52.
