Mandy Rose Biography: Amanda Saccomanno, popularly known by her ring name Mandy Rose, is a female American professional wrestler, currently working with World Wrestling Entertainment on Smackdown brand. Amanda started her wrestling career with WWE competition WWE Tough Enough in 2015, where she came second, grabbing the eyeballs of WWE Universe.
With this accomplishment during the initial stage of her career, WWE signed Rose on a five-year contract with the company. Rose made her official WWE’s NXT debut in a six-woman tag team match with Daria Berenato and Alexa Bliss against Carmella, Liv Morgan, and Nikki Glencross in a losing effort. Rose was also defeated in her first NXT singles match to Ember Moon.
Apart from being a professional wrestler, Rose is a fitness freak, appeared in multiple fitness publications including Fitness Gurls, Fit & Firm, and FitFemme.
In 2017, Rose joined hands with Paige and Sonya Deville to form a faction named as Absolution. Rose participated in the first women’s Royal Rumble match and even competed in the Mixed Match Challenge with Goldust. Rose and Deville competed in a six-team Elimination Chamber match for the inaugural WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship and emerged out as a final team eliminated by Banks and Bayley to win the title.
Rose bagged an opportunity to face Asuka for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, but she failed in capturing the championship after Deville accidentally cost her the match. Rose feuded with several WWE divas like Alexa Bliss, Naomi, Nikki Cross, Ember Moon and many more.

Amanda Saccomanno was born on July 18, 1990 in Westchester County, New York, United States. Amanda persuaded her graduation from Iona College in speech pathology. She is the youngest of all four siblings. Her childhood nickname was “Hamburgers” and joined Yorktown High School for dancing.
Amanda also came first in the World Bodybuilding Fitness & Fashion Boston Show and even crowned as the 2014 World Beauty Fitness & Fashion Bikini Champion.

Amanda started her professional wrestling career in 2015 with WWE wrestling tournament Tough Enough, where she earned second place overall. With this win, Rose signed a five-year contract with WWE, assigning her to WWE’s developmental territory, NXT, where she had her debut match in a six-woman tag team match in a losing effort. She teamed up with Daria Berenato and Alexa Bliss against Carmella, Liv Morgan, and Nikki Glencross.
Rose made her WWE’s main roster debut on Raw, where she joined hands with Sonya Deville and Paige making a new faction named as Absolution. In her first WWE’s main roster debut match, Absolution defeated Bayley, Mickie James and Sasha Banks at Tribute to the Troops wrestling event. Rose participated in the first women’s Royal Rumble match and even competed in the Mixed Match Challenge with Goldust in a losing effort. At Wrestlemania 34, Rose also competed WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal, however, she failed to bag the victory.
In 2018, Rose and Deville were drafted to SmackDown where they competed in several singles and tag team matches. Rose started her feud with Naomi after she eliminated Rose at WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal. The rivalry between Rose and Naomi took the new heights after both women eliminated each other from the women’s Royal Rumble match at the Royal Rumble event.
Rose and Deville participated in a six–team Elimination Chamber match for the inaugural WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. The duo came in as a final team eliminated by Banks and Bayley to win the championships. Rose bagged an opportunity to face Asuka for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, but she failed in capturing the championship after Deville accidentally cost her the match.
Rose and Deville as “Fire & Desire” competed Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross to bag a Women’s Tag Team Championship shot at Clash of Champions. At Clash of Champions, Rose and Deville were unsuccessful to capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
