Former Liverpool Player Kenny Dalglish is the next big name to have been tested positive for the coronavirus. He was immediately admitted to hospital on April 8th for treating this infection which requires intravenous antibiotics.

However former Scotland striker was asymptomatic as announced by Liverpool club on behalf of his family on Friday.

“Sir Kenny has decided to self isolate himself from longer than the advised period with his family. He would urge everyone to follow the government guidelines to fight against this novel coronavirus”.

Also, he also thanked all the “NHS staff, Medical Professionals, Doctors whose bravery and sacrifice should be the focus of the nation’s attention at this point”.

In his career, Dalglish was the part of his side which won 8 league championships and three European cups in Liverpool. He scored 172 goals in 515 games.

As we all know that all the football actions have come to a halt due to this outbreak that this virus has brought and also before the premier league was stopped Liverpool is already on the top of the league.

His contribution to Liverpool football cannot be ignored as he was the legend for Liverpool for sure.

However, before him, few of the players along with administrators have been tested positive for the virus. It may be Boris Johnson, Prince Charles, Blaise Matudi, etc have been tested positive for the virus.

They all have isolated themselves. Following the same pattern, Daglisis is self-isolated at this moment. It is also very strange that we knew few terms like Isolation, quarantine before but these words have got so much limelight that even the layman who doesn’t understand the language they also have a fair idea of what these terms are all about. We would wish speedy recovery for Kenny Daglisis.
