Kevin Sinclair to debut in IND vs WI 2nd Test

Kevin Sinclair

The first match between India and West Indies was completely one-sided. There were many records that were made, or broken from the side of India. However, it looks like West Indies had no clue about the great performance that the Indian team was going to give. So, it has become quite necessary for the West Indies team to bring a change in the squad. This is where Kevin Sinclair has got a place in the West Indies team. However, most of the squad remained unchanged.

Debut Test for Kevin Sinclair

Kevin Sinclair is a 23-years-old off-spinner. He is certainly going to be a new bowling option for the West Indies. He is the only bowler for the West Indies, whom Indian Batsmen have not faced. That means he can certainly provide the required variation, in the bowling unit of the West Indies.

The reason behind dropping Raymon Refier

Refier was selected as the all-rounder in the team. However, in the first test match, he was only able to make the score of 2 and 11. On the other hand, he was not even able to take any wickets. This made him lose his spot on the team.

There is not a big change in the squad. But in the 1st test match of the India vs West Indies series, it was clear that West Indies failed both in batting and bowling. Now it is necessary for the West Indies team to win the 2nd Test match, to avoid the series loss. On the other hand, the India team must be very confident for the final match.
