India vs Australia 3rd Test: Fans advised BCCI to stop selling Tickets for DAY 4 and Day 5 after 14 wickets fell on the first day

BCCI Selling Tickets

From the perspective of the spectators, the current Test series between India and Australia in Indore has been a complete disaster.

India is currently scoring 156 runs in their second innings of batting while losing 9 wickets as of the time I am writing this.

Even though the pitch is a complete turner, their present lead of 68 runs is insufficient for them to defeat the Kangaroos.

On this pitch, India needed at least 120 runs to make an impact against Australia.

As Day 2 of cricket comes to a finish, India’s second innings is nearing its penultimate end.

Australia must pursue this objective during the first session of Day 3.

Some of the spectators, as well as those on social media, criticised BCCI for scheduling Test matches at these subpar venues.

Several images that are making the rounds on social media show that BCCI has stopped selling tickets for Days 4 and 5, indicating that the Test match will not continue.

India have been completely outplayed by Australia in majority of innings with Kangaroos clinching on most occasions.

Border-Gavaskar Trophy is touted as one of the biggest sporting event in the world where these two sides have displayed top notch skills to emerge victorious over the other.

If India could have managed to score 130 runs, it would have been challenging total on this track and rank turners from DAY 1 is absolutely not a great advertisement for Test cricket.

Test match beauty lies in its longevity and if the matches are not extended further and if it continues for prolong period of time then people will loose interest towards longest format of the game.

The moment I am writing this, Australia need 76 runs to win this Test match.
