In response, Aakash Chopra supported Rahul by praising his SENA performance (South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia).,

Chopra shared a screenshot of Rahul’s average close to 38.66 in SENA countries which is third best average by an Indian Test player.

Responding to another comment he added “I don’t need job in BCCI neither as selector nor as coach also I am not chasing for any role in IPL management committee. I am happy with my commentary and expert analysis”.
