Davies has been an important part of Western Storm in the Kia Super League. Her team were runners-up in 2016 and won the title in 2017 and 2019. Davies was the highest wicket-taker in the 2019 edition of Kia Super League with 19 wickets.

In February 2019, she got the T20I contract from ECB and she got the opportunity to play for England. She made her Twenty20 (WT20I) debut for England against Sri Lanka Women in March 2019.
In October 2019, Davies got the reward of her good performance as she got the contract from London Spirit for the inaugural edition of The Hundred. Her T20I and Kia Super League form made her available in England’s ODI side. She made her WODI debut against Pakistan in December 2019. In January 2020, she was included in the English squad for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
