Two of France’s most important players Paul Pogba and N’Golo Kante during the previous edition of the FIFA World Cup in Russia are all set to miss the major event due to Injuries. Both of them were crucial behind France’s World Cup triumph and this news is nothing less than a headache for manager Didier Deschamps.

Even if the duo is not in their best form but they have a lot of experience and apt knowledge on what they exactly need to do. Pogba is yet to play a competitive match this season as ever since he moved back to Juventus, he had been dealing with Injuries.

With only 19 days till the World cup begins, Paul Pogba’s agent has confirmed that he will not be able to represent his nation in their World cup defense. After undergoing a surgery on his Right knee in September, the Juventus midfielder reportedly picked up another injury to ruin his chances from visiting Qatar.

He has been going through quite a tough time this season as he was reportedly involved in some extortion scandal. Pogba hasn’t played a single match since April 2022.

Pogba returned to Juventus after his contract with Manchester United ended last season, but he is yet to play for the Serie A club this season as he teared his Meniscus during Juve’s preseason tour at the United States.

Following yesterday and today’s medical review in Torino and Pittsburgh, it is extremely painful to inform that Paul Pogba will still need recovery time from his surgery. For this reason, Paul will not be able to join the Juventus squad before the World Cup break nor the French national team in Qatar. If wishful thinking would change things, Paul would be playing tomorrow. After medical exams yesterday and today, it is extremely painful to announce that Paul Pogba needs more rehabilitation after his operation.

On the other hand, N’Golo Kante was ruled out even before Paul Pogba underwent a surgery. The Chelsea midfielder is reportedly dealing with a Hamstring injury. After several tests and a successful operation, Chelsea announced that Kante will be out of action for at least 4 months.
