Premier League 2022/23 season is getting ecstatic with each passing match and there is more to come in the coming months. The fight at the top is getting spicier especially after Arsenal’s 4-2 win against Aston Villa with City enduring a frustrating 1-1 draw to the hands of Nottingham Forest FC.
It means that Arsenal after losing to City and losing the number 1 spot took the 1st place last week with a lead of 2-points. A win tonight against 13th placed Leicester City will hand them a lead of 5-points at the summit of English Premier League.

Mikel Arteta has done an excellent job since taking over. He has helped the Gunners’ go strength to strength and this season they have materialized everything perfectly. Their main struggle lied in the defense but their worries have been completely shrugged off.
However, they will face stiff competition against Leicester City who are playing for their pride to get higher up the table. Good news for the Foxes is Youri Tielemans was sen entering the stadium after an injury lay-off and their performance is expected to get better.
As for Arsenal, they will be without injured and a very important player Thomas Partey and he has missed the Gunners; last 2 games against City and Villa. Arteta confirmed that the Ghana international is expected to make a comeback but he will not feature against Leicester tonight.
New signing Jorginho is expected to start in the heart of the midfield for Arsenal with Arteta also providing some major updates. “The question mark on Thomas, he hasn’t trained much but looks like he could be available. Let’s see how he goes today. We’ve missed him in the past few games and hopefully he’ll be back.”
