England White ball Captain Jos Buttler has become ICC’s Player of the month for November 2022 due to his remarkable performance at the T20 World Cup last month. He led the English side towards their second ICC T20 World cup trophy after seeing off Pakistan in the Final.

Jos Buttler is perhaps one of the most feared batsmen in world cricket at the moment and his reputation has once again been underlined as he won the player of the month award. November started very brightly for Buttler as he smacked 73 off 47 balls to become the player of the match in his 100th Senior appearance for the Three Lions.
The Captains innings by Jos Buttler was a boost for his own momentum and it helped him even further. Overall, England looked like one of the most balanced sides in the tournament with all boxes ticked. All-rounder Sam Curran was announced as the player of the ICC T20 World cup 2022 thanks to his outstanding all around performance throughout.
Meanwhile, Jos Buttler’s most scintillating innings at the world cup came in the Semi-final against inaugural winners India. Buttler eased the pressure in that match alongside opener Alex Hales. The Englishmen were chasing a total of 169 and the manner of their victory was truly dominating.
Jos Buttler and Alex Hales chased the entire total down without giving up on their wicket. The former to be specific showed his range of explosiveness and came out all guns blazing against a weaker Indian side. Buttler led by example as he scored 80 runs off 47 balls and had a partnership of 170 runs with Hales on the other end.
Their record breaking partnership claimed England a historic win by 10 wickets against the Blues in Adelaide. However, he only scored 26 runs in the Final but he guided his side very well against a resurgent Pakistani side that was also attempting to win its second T20 World cup title.
On route to become the player of the month for November, Jos Buttler went ahead of team mate Rashid Khan and Pakistan’s fast bowler Shaheen Shah.
