After several FIRs and complaints, Delhi Police has requested in the chargesheet to summon Brij Bhushan, and the witnesses involved. There is no doubt that so many complaints cannot be a coincidence. That is the reason to ensure that justice is delivered on time. As per the reports, 15 incidences of sexual harassment have been reported against the Chief of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI).

- As per the chargesheet, Brij Bhushan has committed the offenses under section – 354 (outraging modesty of a woman), section – 354A (sexual harassment), and 354D (Stalking). These are certainly very serious offenses under the Indian Penal Code.
- He has also been charged under section- 506. This section mentions the offense of criminal intimidation.
- As per the complaints by the wrestlers, there were 15 incidents of Sexual harassment and even 10 episodes of inappropriate touching.
- One of the wrestlers makes the statement that Brij called her to his dinner table, and then started touching her on his stomach, and breast. In the WFI office, he started touching her on her knees, and shoulders. The brother of the wrestler was asked to stay outside the office, and after that, Brij closed the door.
- One of the complainants mention that he started touching her navel area.
After all these incidences, it is clear that something has certainly happened. One of the witnesses has even mentioned that the name of a wrestler was there on the playing list, but later it was removed by the Chied.
