Chelsea new boys need time to find their best form reveals, Tammy Abraham

Chelsea experienced player Tammy Abraham has backed new recruit in the franchise stating that the new players will need time to settle and COVID-19 pandemic has not helped the process at all. The ace club has aligned midfielder Kai Havertz , forward Timo Werner , defender Ben Chilwell and winger Hakim Ziyech  but they are currently placed at the ninth position in the premier league having 26 points from 17 games.

Timo Werner have been criticized heavily  by media and experts for his dip in form as he has failed to score in last 12 games he has participated, but Abraham said that all the new signings of Chelsea need time to settle in the squad.

“We have hardly had any time to train together and to work out how each other play so we’re just taking every day as it comes at the moment,” Abraham told Chelsea’s website.

“Every game we play, we’re learning new things about each other. I’m starting to understand them more and they’re starting to understand me more so hopefully we drive each other and be the best we can be.”

As a squad they need some kind of motivation to perform well in the upcoming clash against Morecambe in the FA Cup third round on Sunday before going for a league trip to Fulham on January 15th 2021. They need to change their strategy and focus on attacking football in the next clash to avoid the fifth defeat in the tournament.
