Bollywood Actress Anushka Sharma penned down emotional note on Legendary Tennis player "Sania Mirza", apologises for this reason -

Actress Anushka Sharma penned a flattering note for the Tennis Star Sania Mirza on her farewell from tennis. In her note, she lauded her as a ‘True Legend and Star’. Apart from praising her for her remarkable achievements in Tennis, she also apologized beautifully organised farewell in the note. According to her recent Instagram posts, Anushka is in Madhya Pradesh now. Actress was recently seen in Mahakal temple at Ujjain along with her husband, Virat Kohli.

Her note read, “Dear Sania, you have inspired a generation with your talent, dedication, and sacrifices. A true legend and star. Sorry couldn’t be there. Love and respect always.”

Sania bid farewell from Tennis After 20 years of a magnificent career. She had represented the country in many elite-level games and earned fame not just for herself but also made the country proud of her wonderful performances. She bid an emotional Farewell to the court on March 5.

To make her farewell memorable, a Tennis match was held in her hometown. The match took place at Hyderabad’s Bahadur Stadium. Her Farewell was joined by many celebrities from film and cricket backgrounds. Celebrities that were present at her farewell are South superstar Mahesh Babu, his wife Namrata Shirodkar, musician AR Rahman, actor Dulquer Salmaan and others who s also attended her Farewell. Law minister Kiren Rijiju, and former Indian cricket team stars Mohammed Azharuddin and Yuvraj Singh were also a part of the celebrations. Even Big Boss 16 winner Rapper MC Stan was also present at the bash.
