Big Breaking: BCCI pulls out Advertisment for Indian Women’s Head Coach

The Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI) recently puts an advertisement for Indian Women’s team Head Coach.

Former off spinner, Ramesh Powar was head coach and the management would be looking to find someone who can take the reins going forward.

The eligibility criteria will be someone who had represented themselves at the International level or minimum should have NCA C level certifications or they should have at least coached team in one or two seasons.

The Indian Women’s team will have busy season going forward with the upcoming tour of Australia and England also based on reports in different media outlets, it is expected that there might be probability of Pink Ball Test also there is a Women’s T20 World Cup next year.

BCCI has recently organize Women’s Premier League first edition where five teams locked horns against each other for the coveted crown and Mumbai Indians women bagged the inaugural edition.

They were brilliant throughout the tournament and deserved this outstanding victory.

Delhi Capitals Women under the able leadership of Meg Lanning was another top teams of WPL also they defeated Mumbai once during the league stage but couldn’t pull victory in the Grand Finals round.

There were some quality individual performances from the likes of Sakia Ishaque and Shreyanka Patil who emerged triumphant in the marquee event.

Women’s Premier League has etched new footprints in the mind of ardent Cricket fans and more edition of this league would help Indian women’s cricket.
