“When we both left as captain and coach people started appreciating our effort” Kohli shocking revelation about him and Ravi Shastri in his latest PUMA Interview

Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli, the former captain of India, is known for his flair in his batting and outspoken nature. He retaliated harshly against experts who had criticised him while he was captain, but as soon as he stepped down, everyone began to appreciate the changes that he and (Ravi Shastri) had brought into the team.

He claimed that he was unconcerned at all and that he made no decisions that would harm the cricket team because Ravi Shastri grasped my strategy and made a significant contribution.

“When I and Ravi Bhai were in the leadership role we never thought we did anything wrong each and every step was taken to benefit Indian cricket immensely. It is similar to eating good food when you are having delicious food you know that from inside not body has to tell you that. There was no ego involved in my decision making as thought was to build great culture around Indian Cricket. We celebrated each other but no one around us praised our effort and the moment we left as coach and captain the same critics started appreciating us” Kohli said in his latest PUMA interview.

Kohli added that Sports has taught him to take risk in life as not taking risk will not take us anywhere .

“What Sports has taught me to take risk in life and if you are avoiding that you will certainly meet a situation in  life where you need to take a risk as calculated risk is something that doesn’t work well”

Kohli concluded, if you love something just give your life to it and make sure that you are doing everything under your capacity to make your dreams successful. If you are not willing to go boundaries for your dreams than there is no point in chasing them.
