Yesterday the 34-year-old again showed his dedication to remain fit and work out even when there’s no cricket. Kohli took to Instagram and posted 3 videos of him carrying out an intense workout session.

He captioned those videos, “Look for excuses or Look to get better”.

Following India’s disappointing defeat in the World Test Championship final against Australia, Virat Kohli shared a quote of a renowned Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu which read, “Silence is the source of great strength.”

On Day-5 at the Oval in London, India succumbed to a comprehensive 209-run loss against a significantly stronger Australian team in the final showdown. He had a very ordinary time as he scored 14 and 49 in both innings respectively.
