Bayern Munich’s 11th Bundesliga title is a testament to the club’s enduring legacy of excellence and dominance in German football. For well over 2 months, they were intensively challenged by Borussia Dortmund their closest rivals for the League title.
Although Dortmund had it in the palm of their hands as a victory could have seen them win Bundesliga after 12 years. However, they played out a frustrating 2-2 draw against VFB Stuttgart. Bayern Munich on the other hand after going 1-0 against Koln had to depend upon Jamal Musiala’s wonderful strike from outside of the box in the 89th minute.
That goal sealed the title for Bayern Munich and their dominance in Germany is still intact.
