West Ham and Valencia are both in talks with Maxi Gomez. West Ham are ready to seal the deal with record deal and trigger the release clause of £43.5m given the exit of Arnautovic looms.
The 22-year-old will have to decide his future in the coming week and it will be interesting to see in which side will the striker go.

(2) Arsenal to Sign William Salba
The Gunners are closing in deal with Saint Etienne for the defender. After the talks between the two teams, Gunners are finalizing a fee for around £25m, however, the talking point of the deal is that Salba will not be able play for Arsenal for the next 12 months. Since the 18-year-old is a fine prospect, Gunners have agreed to the terms and will wait for him till the next season.

(3) Marko Arnautovic Moves to Chinese Super League

The West Ham striker has completed a deal with Shanghai SIPG and will join former Chelsea player Oscar and Brazilian forward Hulk in the squad. The deal has been finalized on £23.3m after West Ham rejected £20m earlier in June.
Arnautovic will be the fifth player after Oscar, Pelle, Ramires and Paulinho to move to China having played in the Champions League.

(4) Matthijs De Ligt Moving to Juventus
The Dutch defender has been the point of attention ever since the close of the season. The defender was linked with the likes of Barcelona and later, Liverpool, but latest news confirms that the young defender has agreed personal terms with Juventus, which de Ligt’s agent has also confirmed.

It only remains a matter of time now for Ajax and Juventus to finalize the deal. The Serie A side has reportedly offered £45m and are hopeful to strike the deal.

(5) Crystal Palace wants Reece James
According to the reports, Crystal Palace are trying to strike a deal with Chelsea for the full back to replace Aaron Wan Bissaka. Palace want a permanent deal for the 19-year-old but are even willing to get him on loan if Chelsea declines to sell him.
This should work out well for both sides with Chelsea getting experience for their young talent, while Palace get a starter.

(6) Manchester United Looking for Options to Replace Pogba
Big news of the day is that United is now open to negotiate offers for the Frenchman. Real Madrid and Juventus have already contacted the Red Devils to check for the possibility of a move and have tabled their offers.
Manchester United is considering the likes of Christian Eriksen, Philippe Coutinho, Bruno Fernandes and James Maddison as possible replacements for the French midfielder. Pogba was seen travelling with the squad on the pre-season tour today and would remain a topic of interest in the window.
