The New Zealander has done fine, but not enough compared to the amount of money that has been spent on him. He has taken 12 wickets in the 9 matches he has played. But has not been good enough because his team is still struggling to be in the top 4. His future completely depends on the performance of the team. He must ensure he plays a key role in the next match.
Sandeep Sharma
Sandeep Sharma has not been at his best in this season of the IPL. After playing 11 matches, he has taken only 10 wickets, and that has not been very effective. His team is certainly expecting much more than that. If he gets a chance to play in the next match, then he has to make his team win with a victorious performance. That is the only ray of hope for him to stay in the IPL 2024.
