He belonged from a family of athletes where his father Krzysztof Lewandowski was a football player and also the champion in National Judo. His mother Irina Lewandoski was also a footballer who played for AZS Warsaw. She was also elected as the dynamic Vice-President of the prestigious Partyzant Leszno.
His career began at MKS Versova where he dedicated 7 years of his life. Later he moved to a different club known as Delta in Warsaw where he succeeded to score a position as the first team player. His season for 2006-2007 was quite well and he emerged to be the best goal scorer of the third division team of Poland. He gained this by scoring 15 goals. The next season he raised his bar by scoring 21 goals.

Lewandowski’s football career started in the year 1997 when he joined the team MKS Versovia in Warsaw. The following season saw him moving to Delta where he scored his position as a first-team player. In 2008 he made his debut in the qualifier of the UEFA Cup and scored 1 goal. He scored a total of 18 goals and finished his season. In the following season of 2009-2010, he managed to become the topmost scorer where he scored a total number of 18 goals.
After this, he made some big signings one of which is Borussia Dortmund in the year 2010. He joined the Bundesliga club and signed a contract of four years with this club. He played in this club till 2014 where he managed to score quite a number of goals in each season. He scored 28 goals in his last season with this club. In the following year, he joined another major Bundesliga Club namely Bayern Munich. He is currently playing for this German team and has undoubtedly been at his best. He signed a contract of five years with this team and has mastered all his abilities and has turned out to be the best striker in this whole wide world.
