Renee Young, WWE presenter tests positive for Coronavirus

WWE Presenter and host of WWE backstage, Renee Young has tested positive of the coronavirus as she confirmed to her fans on Twitter. This news came as a shock to her fans and they wished her speedy recovery from the deadly virus.

This news comes after Pro Wrestling Sport filed a report of multiple cases of coronavirus at the WWE Performance Center in Florida, including in-ring talent.

As she took to Twitter to inform her fans about her ailment, she also announced that her show has been discontinued for now until she gets well. Renee also appealed to her fans to stay safe and follow all the necessary precautions.

There is a possibility that the report of her diagnosis compelled her husband and All Elite Wrestling world champion Jon Moxley, pulling out of the live TV taping of “AEW Dynamite” on Wednesday night. Jon also got the COVID-19 tests and luckily he has tested negative as per the reports.

Moxley also revealed that Renee was pretty sick but she has been doing well and feeling a lot better now. She lost her tasting sense which is one of the notable symptoms of her illness.

There are several other names within WWE who have tested positive of the deadly virus, but not those names have not surfaced so far. And seeing the current situation, the future plans of WWE could change significantly.

“At least three people who had been at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando received positive test results this week,” the website reported.

Last week a performance centre talented was tested positive of COVID-19, exerting the WWE to speed up the testing process and the person was sent back home immediately. The first-ever case within the WWE fraternity emerged in April when one of the staff members was tested positive for coronavirus so he was sent home to recover and after his recovery, he is even back to work since then.
