Ajinkya Rahane has made a remarkable comeback in the Indian cricket team by performing admirably in domestic cricket and the IPL. Because of his strong performance, he has been named to the Indian squad for the next WTC Final 2023, which will begin on June 7. In the midst of all of this, the BCCI released a video of Rahane answering some interesting questions in rapid fire where Rahane named this Star batter instead of Virat Kohli or any other player as his favourite partner.

Ajinkya Rahane is seen engaging in Rapid Fire in the video published by the BCCI. In this, the veteran batsman asks questions one after the other, to which Rahane responds with a smile. When asked about his favourite ground in England, Rahane mentioned the ancient Lord’s Ground. Rahane stated that he had scored a century on this field, which contributed to the Indian team’s victory.
When questioned, Ajinkya Rahane stated that his favourite place in England is Southampton, and when asked about his favourite player with whom he would like to spend time, Rahane did’nt named Virat Kohli or any other player but named Rohit Sharma as his favourite. Rahane also stated that he enjoys having black coffee.
Rahane performed admirably for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2023. With the bat, Rahane had a great tournament, hitting 326 runs in 14 matches at a fantastic strike rate of 172. Rahane hit two fifties during this period, one of which came in just 19 balls. Rahane contributed significantly with the bat in the last match as well, allowing Chennai Super Kings to win the IPL trophy for the seventh time.
