Beating Pakistan in the 2002 U19 World Cup

Nepal got one of its first big wins when it beat Pakistan in the 2002 U19 World Cup. They won that match with the help of a good bowling performance. And in the end, they were able to defeat Pakistan by 30 runs.

However, their success in this tournament was not only limited to that match. They even performed well against Bangladesh, which is the strongest associate team. They were successful in defending the total.

2006 U19 world cup

Doing well in the U19 WC is not only the dream for an associate team, but even for a top- performing team, it is very important. However, `Nepal cricket went on to win the plate championship in the 2006 U19 World Cup when they defeated New Zealand by one wicket in the finals. That moment certainly changed everything for them.
