Melt van Schoor, a cricket player from Namibia and represents the national cricket team of Namibia on the international level was born in the country of South Africa on December 8, of the year 1967.

Playing Cricket Career

Melt van Schoor keeps wickets and bats right-handed. Schoor participated in the ICC Trophy from the years 1994 to 2001, and ever since Melt van Schoor has played List A cricket. In the World Cup of the year 2003, Melt van Schoor also participated in five One Day Internationals (ODIs). Van Schoor typically sits in the bottom order but is effective there.

Melt van Schoor was included on Namibia’s roster for the Over-50s Cricket World Cup in South Africa in the month of February of the year 2020. The coronavirus epidemic, however, caused the cricket tournament to be called off during the third round of matches.

Ian van Schoor, a fellow cricketer from the national cricket team of Namibia and also represented the national cricket team of Namibia on the international level, is the brother of Melt Van Schoor.
