Playing Cricket Career
On November 8, of the year 2014, Lega Siaka played in his first One Day International (ODI) for Papua New Guinea against Hong Kong in Australia. On July 15, of the year 2015, Siaka played his first Twenty 20 International (T20I) for Papua New Guinea against Ireland in the 2015 ICC World Twenty 20 Qualifier competition.
Siaka accomplished this feat in an One Day International (ODI), becoming the first player from Papua New Guinea to do so.
Siaka made his first-ever first-class century against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in round five of the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup in the month of April of the year 2017.
Lega Siaka was included in the Papua New Guinea team for Group A of the East Asia-Pacific Qualifier for the 2018–19 ICC World Twenty 20 in the month of August of the year 2018. Lega Siaka was included in the Papua New Guinea team for the Regional Finals of the East Asia-Pacific Qualifier for the 2018–19 ICC World Twenty 20 in the month of March of the year 2019. With seven dismissals in four games, Lega Siaka had the most wickets taken in the competition. Siaka was included in the Papua New Guinea team for the 2019 ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier match in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the month of September of the year 2019.
