Cricket player Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi is from Nepal and was born on February 27, 1999. On March 4, 2018, he made his List A debut for Nepal against Zimbabwe in a tournament qualifier for the 2018 Cricket World Cup.
Playing Career
Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi was a part of Nepal’s National Cricket team for their One Day International (ODI) series against the Netherlands in July 2018, but he did not participate in the matches.
On July 29, 2018, Rajbanshi played in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match against the Netherlands as part of the 2018 MCC Tri-Nation Series.
Lalit Rajbanshi was included on Nepal’s team for the 2018 Asia Cup Qualifier competition in August of that year. Rajbanshi was selected to play for Nepal National Cricket Team in the East sub-zone group of the ICC World Twenty20 Asia Qualifier competition in October 2018.
On January 25, 2019, Lalit played his first One Day International (ODI) for Nepal against the United Arab Emirates.
In June 2019, Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi was selected to play for Nepal in the regional finals of the ICC T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier tournament. On November 6, 2019, while the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) was touring Nepal, Lalit made his first-class debut for Nepal against them. Later that month, Rajbanshi was selected for both the men’s cricket competition at the 2019 South Asian Games and Nepal’s squads for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh.
