The 19 year old born in Pune, Maharashtra is a son of Maharashtra ATS Cop. Kaushal worked hard to fulfil father’s childhood dream of becoming a Cricketer and representing the nation at the highest level. When Tambe was just three and a half years old his parents enrolled him into a skating academy just to make him fond of sports. He did skating for four years and won many national medals, and then when he was nine years old, his parents admitted him to PYC for Cricket.

Kaushal Tambe Career

Tambe has represented Maharashtra State Union for seven years.
In 2017, he was the captain of west division in the under-16 group.
For India D he scored 134 runs at an average of 67 in the Challenger Trophy.
He scored three centuries against Saurashtra and two centuries against Gujarat in the 2016 Under-16 Vijay Hazare Trophy.

International Career

Kaushal was selected for India India under-19 B squad during the bilateral series between India under-19 A team, India under-19 B team and Bangladesh under-19 team.
In the third match of the bilateral series Tambe picked 2 wickets for 43 runs on bowling 10 over and also scored 42 runs off 61 deliveries.
Tambe was also the part of ACC U-19 Asia up winning squad.
Tambe was also the part of Under-19 World Cup 2022 squad where Yash Dhull was the captain.
