Jemimah Rodrigues and Devika Vaidya Superb Bowling Crushed Bangladesh Batting
Indian Women’s Cricket team pulled off a crunching win over Bangladesh in the 2nd ODI by a huge margin of 108 runs with Jemimah Rodrigues and Devika Vaidya starring with the ball. With the win in the 2nd ODI, India levels the series of 3 ODIs by 1-1. The 3rd and final match of the series will be played on July 22.

India Women were asked to bat first and posted a challenging 285 for 8 in their 50 overs. Rodrigues and captain Harmanpreet Kaur were the stars of the batting innings. Rodrigues top-scored with a brilliant 86-run inning off just 78 balls. She was well supported by captain Kaur, who scored 52 off 88 balls.
Bangladesh Women failed to pursue the target and were bowled out for 120 runs in 35.1 overs. Rodrigues and Vaidya were the picks of the bowlers for India, taking 4 and 3 wickets respectively.
Rodrigues’ bowling figures were 4 for 3 in her 3.1 overs, while Vaidya returned figures of 3 for 30 in her 8 overs. The win helps India level the 3-match ODI series by 1-1.
