Mohammad Shami’s Indian international team mater Mohammad Siraj is number 2 in the list of Most dot balls in IPL 2023. Siraj has been spot on with his bowling this year but he was quite unlucky towards the end of the league phases. The RCB pacer bowled 161 dot balls and collected 19 wickets in 14 appearances.

Similar to the distance between the first and second, the 3rd baller to have the most dot balls is miles off Mohammad Siraj. CSK’s Tushar Deshpande did raised eyebrows of MS Dhoni but later became a key part with Sri-Lankan wonderkid Matheesa Patheerana.

Deshpande played 15 matches in IPL 2023 and bowled 133 dot balls alongside 21 wickets.

Rashid Khan is just dot balls away from replacing Tushar Deshpande from the 3rd spot. The Afghanistan all rounder has bowled 132 dot balls and is also the 2nd highest wicket taker in IPL 2023 with 27 wickets.

And at number 5 is SRH’s Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Despite having a season to forget, Bhuvi will be happy to see his name in this list as he bowled 128 dot balls and collected 16 wickets in 14 matches this season.
