Rajasthan Royals will take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru at Sheikh Zayed Stadium Abu Dhabi. Both teams had contrasting results in their last game. RCB won a nerve-wracking super over while Royals suffered their first defeat in the tournament. Both teams would like to win to get some breathing space on the points table.

RCB dominated the game for 36 overs but then were hit by death bowling woes and conceded 79 runs in four overs to win the match eventually in super over. Batting is slowly getting to best, barring Virat Kohli who would like to get a good score under his belt to be in the good zone as the tournament gets into the final stage. Bowling needs to be addressed a bit more and should look to use Dube in middle overs for 2 overs so that Saini, Udana can be kept for death overs as well.

Fielding needs to be addressed on priority, their fielding was not up to mark as they dropped 2 catches which very nearly cost them the match. Rajasthan would like to forget their game against KKR where they were beaten comprehensively. They might look to bring fresh faces for middle-order where Parag and Uthappa have been very average. Smith and Samson who missed out would like to be back among the runs. Royals would hope that Butler hits the top gear and provide team flying starts.

Royals bowling would hope to give more support to Archer, who was magnificent in the last match. Spinners would like to get the breakthrough in the middle order to put pressure on RCB lower middle order. Royals would also like to be sharper as their poor catching led to KKR scoring extra 20 runs.

Bowlers would like to use the bigger side of the ground to their advantage. Whether dew will play its part it has to be seen. It might come down to batting between two teams. RCB might nick this one but not by much.
