Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) has launched their e-gaming programme on their mobile application to serve this as business purpose in future. As per the media reports and confirmation coming from RCB Head Rajesh Menon which states that RCB is working closely with gaming companies and aggregators to introduce causal games in RCB app which will provide excess choice for fans to engage themselves rather than using the application during IPL only.

“Royal Challengers Bangalore works incessantly to design assets that built the ethos of the brand in congruence with Sports and Lifestyle, mounting into a business strategy to take the brand forward,” said Rajesh Menon, Head – RCB in a statement.

The main purpose of building this mobile application is to build a digital community where fans can consume content, interact with each other as well as from RCB players throughout the year.

“It is the fans who form the true force behind the franchise and every season we have ensured that the experiences we offer are designed for bringing fans closer to the RCB team and help them celebrate the passion for cricket and playing bold. To keep the fans engaged and entertained on and off-field is something which we work on ardently and it will always be our top priority,” said Menon.

“We are glad to partner with Gamezop for this initiative and will work closely in this endeavour of bringing to fans an engaging gaming experience throughout the year,” added Menon.

RCB has done partnership with Gamezop which is India’s largest multi-gaming platform providers where they offer 250 games belonging to different categories like sports, arcade, puzzle etc. RCB has performed extremely well in the ongoing edition of IPL 2020 where they are currently placed at the second position in the points table and they will need one more victory under their belt to seal the berth for Playoffs this year. If RCB ace players step up on the right time they are certainly the contenders to lift the IPL  title this year.
