India and Australia Suffer Major Setback Ahead of WTC Final 2023, Discover Shocking Twist Involving Ishan Kishan & Cameron Green
Ishan Kishan and Cameron Green suffered serious injuries during the second IPL Qualifier game between the Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans on Friday in Ahmedabad. This incident puts a question mark on the availability of both Kishan and Green in the WTC Final 2023. It would be a major setback for India and Australia if both of them miss out on the World Test Championship Final.
The Mumbai Indians teammate Chris Jordan clashed with Kishan, who had been selected to replace the injured KL Rahul in India’s WTC squad. Kishan did not bat again in Mumbai’s chase against GT and was observed clutching the left side of his forehead as he departed from the field. Kishan’s replacement for a concussion was Vishnu Vinod.

However, with the dismissal of Tilak Verma in the sixth over, the Australian all-rounder entered the batting order. Due to his all-around skills, Green is vital to Australia’s hopes in the WTC final.
The WTC Final 2023 match will begin on June 7 at The Oval in London.
Speaking of the IPL 2023 Qualifier 2, GT defeated Mumbai Indians by 62 runs. Shubhmann Gill was instrumental in helping his team GT reach a huge total of 233, which MI was unable to reach while chasing and was eventually all out for 171 runs.
