ICC Women’s T20 World Cup: What is Team India’s schedule and squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup?

The Women in Blue, i.e., the Indian women’s cricket team is all set to play in the forthcoming ICC T20I Women’s World Cup which is scheduled to begin on Friday 10^th February 2023 in South Africa.

The Indian women’s cricket team is currently playing a T20I tri-series in South Africa to kickstart their preparations for the World Cup. The three teams that are a part of the series are the Women in Blue (India Women), the hosts (South Africa Women), and the Caribbean (West Indies Women).

The teams participating in the World Cup are divided into two groups of five teams each. Group A consists of – New Zealand Women, Australia Women, Sri Lanka Women, South Africa Women, and Bangladesh Women. Group B consists of – India Women, England Women, West Indies Women, Ireland Women, and Pakistan Women.

Team India’s campaign will begin on 12^th February 2023 against arch-rivals Pakistan and this time the Women in Blue will look forward to lifting that trophy having not been able to lift it in the last few tournaments despite being very close.
