Bangladesh Fell on 169/9

Bangladesh set a commanding score and could only accumulate 169/9 in the rain-shortened 43-over match. Towhid Hridoy displayed exceptional for Bangladesh, scoring a stubborn half-century (51 runs off 69 deliveries), with Litton Das (26 runs off 35 deliveries) providing valuable assistance. Regrettably, the remaining batting order struggled to make substantial contributions.

The bowling side of Bangladesh faced challenges in making important breakthroughs, with Taskin Ahmed and Shakib Al Hasan emerging as the sole wicket-taker by securing each dismissal only.
