A former cricketer in the New Zealand international cricket team and born in the year 1950 on 3rd July, Ewen John Chatfield had played around 43 test matches and about 115 ODIs. He was mainly a medium paced bowler and was mainly known for the accuracy with which he played the game.
His great bowling skills are reflected on the economic figures that he contributed for the game but his skills were a bit limited when it comes to the line and length of the game. He made his test cricketing debut against England in the year 1975 whereas his debut One Day International match was against West Indies in the year 1975.
