Cricket Fans makes fun of BCCI as the latter dropped Google Form for the Post of New Head Coach

In India, the most popular topic is cricket; in buses and other public spaces, men’s talk is talked about seven days a week.

Speaking of the latest news from BCCI, they have invited fresh applications for the position of head coach and have posted a link to a Google Form. Many fans have asked what type of application this is and what kind of job it is.

John filled out the form and uploaded a screenshot indicating that BCCI, and many others followed suit on the well-known Twitter page. Since I have contributed, kindly take care of my knowledge.

In order to fill the Head Coach position after the T20 World Cup, BCCI requested new applications.

Following the major event, Rahul Dravid’s coaching contract would expire, therefore management has invited applications for the Head Coach. There have been so many names circulating in social media, including the likes of Stephen Fleming, Justin Langer, Ricky Ponting and VVS Laxman and you never know the list might go long in times to come.

Right now the biggest assignment for them will be to lift T2o World Cup as Men in Blue failed to win any ICC trophy in last 10 years.

“The selection process will include a thorough review of applications, followed by personal interviews and assessments of shortlisted candidates,” the BCCI revealed. The ideal person must be “willing to meet work expectations and pressures associated with handling marquee athletes.” They added.

In my opinion, because we haven’t won an ICC Trophy in the last ten years, it is past time to add a foreign coach to the system in case the Indian coach is unable to perform.

We haven’t won anything since Duncan Fletcher, our foreign coach, and Gary Kirsten, the coach of the 2011 World Cup-winning side, led us to the last Champions Trophy victory.

It’s vital that we begin experimenting with coaching and explore alternative options. Given his successful track record for CSK—the team went on to win the championship five times, matching the record held by the Mumbai Indians—someone like Stephen Fleming might be a great choice.

The highest calibre of coaching has less to do with skill development and more to do with man management. Players and coaches with extensive backgrounds, such as Fleming and Pointing, can greatly benefit their respective teams.

Next, Team India will be preparing for the T2o World Cup. The most important matchup between them and Pakistan is scheduled on June 9, 2024, in New York, on Drop In Pitches that will be set up specifically for the match.
