Big Breaking News: Battlegrounds Mobile India is back in India after 10 months from Suspension

After being removed from the Google Play Store and the Apple Play Store on the basis of a government order for ten months, the well-known Battle Royale game Battle Ground Mobile India (BGMI) is getting ready to make a comeback.

The information was also posted on the official social media page of BGMI, where they discussed the return of the well-known gaming ecosystem and stated that they would follow all governmental norms and regulations.

Union State Minister For Information and Technology, Rajeev Chandrasekhar posted a tweet where he said that they will initiate Trail version of this game for first 3 months and based on that we will review and give our final verdict towards this popular game.

“We are highly grateful to the Indian authorities for allowing us to resume operations of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). We would like to extend our gratitude to our Indian gaming community for their support and patience over the past few months,”  Sean Hyunil Sohn current CEO, Krafton INC India said in a statement on May 29th 2023.

The Popular game will be made available to download for Google Play Store and Apple Play Stores soon.

“Krafton is a responsible South Korean organisation that abides by the law and has put in place several measures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations,” said Vibhor Kukreti, currently serving as the Head of Government Affairs Krafton INC India said in a statement.

“We work tirelessly to ensure that India takes the lead in this domain by embracing innovative practices in collaboration with the gaming ecosystem to support, sustain and promote its growth” he said.

He stressed that all ardent BGMI players should follow ethical practices.

This is a great news for Indian Esports community as the game enjoys massive viewership in India with all stakeholders involved this game will regain all the lost status back.
