In the first game of Semi final 1 of the 10x Club cricket tournament, VK18 Cricket Academy registered a close victory over SB Youth Cricket Club on Wednesday. VK 18 Cricket Academy were able to register a comprehensive 7-wickets victory at PSR Sports Club.

Batting first at PSR Sports Club, SB Youth Cricket Club scored 100 runs for the loss of four wicket in the allotted ten overs. Anuj Sharma and Rahul Kumar took the opposition to the task. Anuj Sharma scored 43 from 17 deliveries whereas Rahul Kumar scored 17 from 14 deliveries. Anuj’s innings consisted of five fours and two sixes. Anuj Sharma batted at a strike rate of 252.94 and helped the team mount a gigantic total. Meanwhile, Sanju, Arvind, Adesh and Rohit each got one wicket.

Chasing the humongous target, VK 18 Cricket Academy gave it all. Opening batters Anuj Rana and Bunty Rana gave a good start while chasing a tricky total. Skipper Vaibhav Tyagi scored 15 from 10 deliveries and Yadvendra scored 29 runs in 20 balls.
