Prithvi Shaw appears with rumored girlfriend Nidhi Tapadiaa for first time at IIFA 2023!

Mumbai-born Opening batter Prithvi Shaw had a season to forget in IPL 2023. But that doesn’t bother him much. By keeping his poor IPL campaign behind, Shaw appeared with his long time rumored girlfriend Nidhi Tapadiaa during the IIFA awards 2023 which took place at Abu Dhabi.

Video clips and pictures of Prithvi Shaw posing with his girlfriend are going viral all over on social media. The duo appeared in the Green carpet of IIFA awards 2023 and both of them seemed to be complimenting each other. While Shaw had put on a black cap and black jacket, Nidhi Tapadiaa was rocking an all black Saree.

Both of them posed in front of the camera and fans on social media are wondering if Prithvi Shaw really had a terrible IPL 2023 campaign. The 23-year-old was looking unfazed as he shamelessly decided to appear in a Bollywood award show instead of going back to the nets, introspect and improve on his setbacks.

For a fact, Prithvi Shaw was one of the primary reasons why Delhi Capitals finished 9th this season. Despite receiving continuous support from the DC management, Shaw consistently failed to go big while opening with David Warner. In 8 matches, he scored 106 runs which included only 1 half-century.

In comparison, Shubman Gill can score 106+ runs in just 1 match. It is just so hard to believe that Shaw was once regarded as the next big thing in Indian cricket. He even captained an Indian U-19 World cup winning side back in 2018 and he did show his worth in the IPL initially but since last year he has taken the road downwards.

Heading into the 2023 season of IPL, Prithvi Shaw was involved in a brawl with some fans over a selfie. He was alleged to have physically assaulted a female fan of his and it could be one of the reasons why he had a terrible outing. Former Delhi captain Virender Sehwag had condemned his attitude towards his seniors as well.
