Liverpool and Nike are all set to enter a new kit deal from the start of next season

As the New Year begins, it looks like apart from some interesting new transfers, there are some new deals coming all set to commence this year.  Liverpool have announced that Nike will become their official kt supplier on a multi-year deal from the start of next year

The deal would be commencing on the 1st of June this year, and as per the sources from ESPN, the deal will push Liverpool in the same basket as the other leading clubs of the football fraternity.

With this deal, Liverpool will be ending its five years relationship with New Balance. For which New Balance even took the matter to the court stating the switch Nike as soon as their contract expires by this May 2020

According to sources as reported by ESPN, apart from Nike, Liverpool also discussed the deal with Adidas and Puma to rope in some better offer but landed up with Nike.

Apart from Liverpool, Nike has some big names attached to it like Barcelona, Chelsea, Paris Saint-German, Tottenham, and Adidas having Real Madrid, Manchester United and Bayer Munich, restricted Liverpool to increase their figures

However, Liverpool have their brand value of its own, with names like Jurgen Klopp as the manager and star players like Mohammed Salah, Roberto Firmino being the face of the club, will only add strength to the deal
