The 23rd match of the Delhi Premier League was played between South Delhi Superstars and North Delhi Strikers. Ayush Badoni hits most sixes in a T20 inning
Ayush Badoni and Priyansh Arya together made a tremendous partnership of 186 runs for the second wicket. Both these batsmen smashed fantastic centuries. Priyansh Arya scored 120 runs in 50 balls with the help of 10 fours and 10 sixes. On the other hand, LSG batter and captain of South Delhi, Ayush Badoni played a brilliant inning of 165 runs in 55 balls with the help of 8 fours and 19 sixes. Notably, the South Delhi team made a huge score of 308 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. This is the second-highest score in the history of T20 cricket.
In the same match, Priyansh Arya who scored his second century of this season, also achieved the feat of hitting six sixes in a single over. He achieved the feat of hitting 6 sixes in a single over against Manan Bhardwaj. Many Indian batsmen have already achieved the feat of hitting six sixes in an over. However, in international cricket, Yuvraj Singh is the only Indian batter to hit 6 sixes in an over. Yuvraj made this big record against England’s Stuart Broad in T20 World Cup 2007.
