Lanka Premier League 2023: Tabraiz Shamsi Bowls a Magical spell
In the 20th Match of the Lanka Premier League, Tabraiz Shamsi bowled one of the best spells of the tournament. He ensured that he takes wickets consistently, and he was able to do that by taking 4 consecutive wickets from Colombo Strikers. He was able to wipe out the complete middle order of Colombo Strikers through his quality bowling.

Contribution of Tabraiz Shamsi
- Colombo Strikers batted first, and it was up to the Galle Titans to restrict them from getting a big score on board.
- However, Lahiru Kumara got the wickets of both the openers and ensured that they will not be able to give a start to the team.
- Getting the wickets of openers was certainly not enough, because the middle order of the team was strong. That is where Shamsi ensured to get the middle order out. First, he got the wicket of Lahiru Udara, and then he got the wicket of Dhananjaya. Both the players were looking settled, and getting their wickets certainly helped Galle Titans to put pressure on the Colombo Strikers.
